Welcome and thank you for visiting my website!

I was first introduced to the Tetons and Jackson Hole as a child.  My family, from the South, brought me here while on vacation in 1952.  A seven-year-old southern boy's imagination is easily sparked by a rustic log cabin and mountains covered with snow in June.  Two days in this valley of the Tetons produced a proclamation of intention to live here someday.  The love affair that began as a little boy's dream continues; I’ve been living that dream for the better part of the past 40 years!  It has been my desire from the beginning to share the sights I've seen, the experiences I've had, and the love I've found in this valley called Jackson Hole.   

With the advent of the Internet, I am now able to share in a way I never dreamed would be possible when I first arrived in Jackson Hole.  It is an honor and a privilege to continue my quest through my photography, handcrafted note cards, and "Teton Sketches of Summer".  Ten years of traveling the world as a tour director exposed me to the beauty that exists in remote and exotic corners of the world that I taught about during 12 years as an educator and naturalist.  Many of the images I share here were captured in places far and near that have found coveted places in my heart.

I hope you will visit my website often as I will be changing a few of these images from time to time.  My note card series is ever changing with the seasons and is one of my proudest achievements.  Through these photographic note cards my images have been able to span the globe and give my works an immortality of their own. 

I love what I do and I'm extremely pleased that I can share what I love with all of you!  My greatest hope is that I am able to involve another human being in the feelings and experiences I try to share when I am witness to such incredible beauty...sometimes simple, sometimes dramatic, but always profound!
